His name is "Rick" and he is a U.S. Navy Seal New Generation Life Action Figure in full gear. He is made by Dragon Models Ltd. 1999 copyright. He has a highly flexible 12" body, authentic uniform featuring fully detailed decorations, a life-like head with character, and triple jointed arms and legs which allow the figure to perform difficult poses. Each piece of equipment is accurately reproduced in 1/6 scale. The box measures 14 inches high and is 8 inches wide and everything is still sealed in plastic. The box is unopened and the item is in mint condition.
